Following a 4th-inning double, Eagle shortstop Jason Rangel steals 3rd base. It was the second time he stole 3rd, and he went on to score both times.

Cleanup hitter Charles Morton slams a 2-RBI stand up triple for the Eagles in the bottom of the 2nd inning.

Salinas pitched 5 complete innings, gave up 3 hits and recorded 7 strikeouts.

A triple is a 90-yard dash, and the crack of the bat is the starter's pistol. Here, Eagle outfielder Airrik Martinez sprints around the bases for his SECOND 3-bagger of the evening.

Field 1 of the SAISD Sports Complex. This picture was taken in the top of the 5th, just after Salinas sent Fox Tech 1st baseman Gustav Hernandez back to the dugout with a K for the inning's first out. Outs 2 and 3 would come on a double play.
